Who is responsible for this site

What we collect

The review form asks for your county, property reference, approximate acreage, property type, relationship to the property, timing, question, name, email address, and optional phone number.

How we use and share it

We use your submission to respond to your request and coordinate the approved sale-readiness fulfillment route. We share the submitted details with Sonny Allen, West Pole Partners at Keller Williams Realty, for that route. The form does not request Social Security numbers, bank details, account credentials, medical information, or confidential documents. Do not send them through the form.

How long we keep it

We keep submissions and related correspondence only as long as needed to respond, coordinate the request, and keep necessary records. To request access, correction, or deletion, email us. We will review the request and delete eligible records from our active systems within 30 days unless we need to keep them for a legal obligation or an active matter.

Service providers and security

We use a transactional email provider to deliver the form submission to our approved mailbox. We do not place form values in URLs or analytics. Access is limited to people who need the information to respond or coordinate the approved route.

Third-party links

County, state, and federal links may lead to third-party websites with their own privacy practices. LandReady Texas does not control those sites.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice when the form or its delivery process changes. The effective date above shows when this version took effect.
